Never used the ball but will keep for future use as was advised to freeze small water bottle and use in a rolling motion which was great! Will keep using ankle supports and put away ...
Arrived in two days ! These heel sports are fab gave me insta relief and after five days my heel pain has subsided a lot! Never used the ball but will keep for future use as was advised to freeze small water bottle and use in a rolling motion which was great ! Good, but a bit sweaty!
These are good for short use. They don't breathe well so after wearing them for a few hours my feet got quite sweaty. It would be good if they did them in different sizes too, I'm a size 9 and these were quite tight. I wouldn't advise buying if you're above an 8. They did reduce the symptoms of plantar fascitis though, so that's good.

Perfect
I bought this for my husband as he’s a courier and was in so much pain. It really helped but took a while. He still uses it however our dog took a liking to the ball so that’s now gone

Too big for my narrow feet!
Had to return, I must have very narrow feet for they were too big and just slipped off. Fantastic returns process though, great customer service from Amazon once again!

Excellent kit. The silicone pads are particularly good
Excellent kit. The silicone pads are particularly good. They really help my feet. The neoprene sock is a little too tight thought. I've since bought more silicone pads from another company and they didn't compare on quality.

I didn't use the black ones but the opaque ones were very helpful and comfortable.

Good piece of kit this, I have pain in both heels and I am sure that these have helped. arrived very quickly too.
