I have pet sheep and goats. These clippers are brilliant to use - better than other brands we've tried as they stay sharp and cut well, and are good for both me and my husband with very different sized hands. I keep them cleaned and oiled after each use. Have had to replace the last pair as they got dropped and went out of alignment.Great price and very quick delivery.

I was immediately impressed by the quality of these clippers. The picture and very reasonable price does not do these clippers justice! They have a nice weight and a good solid feel to them and are very sharp indeed (need to be careful of the tips when open as they are very pointed!) Only used once as an amateur on my old, grumpy rescue ram and he didn't complain and neither did I as they are comfortable to use and being so sharp got the job done quickly without worrying the old boy too much. Eddie gives them 5 stars and is like a 2 year old again!

I was advised to get these for the garden and they are fab!! much sharper than most garden scissors and go through much thicker wooded stems.

Lovely size and easy to use. The slide button locking is a great idea and very neat. Very well made by a Sheffield manufacturer who has been making tools for over 280 years, hence the reassurance of a 5 year guarantee.

Good, but don't expect longevity, they don't last more than a year or so. Also the blade securing catch was faulty on the last pair we bought.

Excellent. Used for a rather unusual job.My working cocker spaniel has hyperkaratosis on his feet and needs them clipping back every 3 weeks.Our vets clippers and scissors are just not man enough for the job.These shears normally used for pygmy goat feet clipping or sheep are perfect.Exceedingly sharp, resulting in my dogs feet being much more comfortable for him to walk on. Also my vet now has a much much easier task. The sharp points also enable her to get in to all the corners which before was out of the question.

Great for clipping my alpacas toes.They are very sharp. As is the point, which I filed down to a curve to avoid inadvertently catching my animal if he wriggles
