This hot sauce is so good! I can't seem to get enough of it! I get that it might not be everyone's cup of tea.. but for me it's like my favorite thing to put on everything.. it's especially great on fried chicken! But currently I have it drizzled over my mashed potatoes..Had to tell the world how much I love this sauce because I saw some negative reviews on here before I bought it the first time. If you love hot sauce and, in particular, if you loved the banquet and kfc nashville hot chicken, there's a good chance you will like this. It's not the same as either of those.. but it has something about it that those had that I liked..I hope lots of people purchase this! We gotta keep these guys in business!

Product tastes like mostly oil with almost no flavor.

Great gift for a friend

Tasty Nashville hotsauce for one that will work in a bottle like this. Mild spicy level but good flavor when used as intended ... to coat fried chicken or other foods like this.It is important to note that Nashville Hot Sauce is not a vinager based hot sauce that is smooth. It is more of a suspension of spices in oil, butter or even lard. Many times it is solid at room temp and traditionally it is warmed and fried chicken is tossed in the sauce and served over white bread slices to soak up the excess oil. It is *very* greasy and *very* flavorful. Some of the negative reviews here are because people don't understand what this seasoning is supposed to be. Some may be because this version is a fairly mild variant compared to all the Nashville Hot Sauces I have tried.This gets 4 stars from me because the flavors are solid, and I really wanted one I could "spot apply" to foods. It could be a little more spicy if they want to describe it as "medium." It does not replace actual spicy hot sauces (in fact, I have been using it in conjuncture to my favorite yellow bird habanero hot sauce to up the spice level), but it adds a great flavor profile.

Easy to use

I was expecting a hot sauce and got an decently seasoned oil.

I don't write a lot of reviews but I felt like the rating for this sauce was unjust. I've bought and tried almost every store bought Nashville hot sauce on the market and almost all are terrible. I don't expect restaurants quality sauce out of a bottle but this is as close as you will get. I mix it with a little honey and dishes transform into something amazing. My search for a Nashville hot sauce to keep in my fridge is complete.
