Tried this as soon as it arrived and did get some relief and a lot of relaxation. I think the pain relief may get better with use but it is comfortable and appears sturdy. Best neck and shoulder device I have bought to-date.

I like this product, the lining of the rest looks soft but it is firm and fits the shape of the head and neck perfectly. I have had it almost 1 week and have used it for s everal mornings for a 15 minute period of relaxation. I think the over all result from its use will prove beneficial, to help relieve the tension in the head and neck. My massage therapist is happy for me yo use the product. As I have only had the product for a few days I cannot be more positive regarding its effectiveness.

This is my second one purchased the first one lasted for about 3 years until the goal started to wear away. Excellent product

Not sure this has made any difference to me. Can't quite decide best positioning. Started using during an acute episode with my neck. It does hold the head in a comfortable position but I think I can achieve the same with a pillow. Not sure I'll be using it much.

I was a bit sceptical but this feels really lovely. The first time it was more uncomfortable but I think that's because I was so tense in my neck and shoulders but now it's just a relaxing feeling. I love the padded style of it, really does make it nice to lie on. After long days hunched over a laptop screen I really look forward to using this and getting that 'ahh' moment!

I would have returned it .did not help , was not worth £15 ..would not recommend. didn't support neck properly .flimsy

Initial thoughts are that while it doesn't 'cure' neck pain it certainly lessens it and for a good few hours. Hopefully this will continue and possibly improve neck posture to alleviate pain even more. Have found it works well as a head/neck rest when sitting in an easy chair as well as when using it on the floor

I'm SO disappointed in this cheaply made, flimsy, low grade/low quality AND downright ridiculous object!! I mean, I wasn't expecting out & out miracles, but suffering with hideous & interminable neck & back pain, I WAS however, hoping for a whole heap more than I got for my money. I found it nigh on impossible to use properly & it certainly is NOWHERE NEAR sturdy enough to support the weight of an adult human head (it simply buckles under the pressure) & thus it's more than fair to say that it is NOT fit for purpose, it does NOT function correctly or remotely well & this means that it really CANNOT be used as suggested/marketed. A TOTAL waste of money, a COMPLETE disappointment in terms of the object just NOT doing what it is meant to/is billed to do. Please learn from my mistake & don't waste your hard earned coffers on this right piece of old tosh.

Product is OK but overpriced

Da ich mich schon seit vielen vielen Monaten mit einem Bandscheibenvorfall in der Halswirbelsäule herumquäle und die Physiotherapie mir immer nur kurzweilig Linderung verschaffen konnte, hatte ich meinen Orthopäden gefragt, ob ihm noch etwas einfallen würde, was ich Zuhause machen könnte, wenn mein Nacken und mein Schulterbereich mal wieder schmerzhaft und versteift sind. Recht halbherzig und offensichtlich nicht sonderlich davon überzeugt erzählte er mir, dass wohl einige Leute Erleichterung durch so geannte Traktionskissen erhalten würden und zeigte mir ein Bild von diesem "Kissen" hier. Da die Bewertungen sich toll anhörten und ich verzweifelt genug war, bestellte ich mir diesen Artikel, mit der Annahme, dass ich ihn wahrscheinlich als völlig nutzlos kurze Zeit später in die Ecke werfen würde. Ein Glück war dem nicht so! Man darf zwar keine Wunder erwarten, aber bereits nach der ersten Benutzung für nur 20 Minuten merkte ich, wie meine Verspannungen schon etwas gelindert waren. Wenn man auf dem Entspanner liegt, merkt man erst gar nicht so wirklich viel, außer, dass man irgendwie "gut positioniert" liegt, aber die Dehnung selbst geschieht anscheinend tatsächlich nur durch den leichten Zug (gefühlt minimal, deshalb denkt man zuerst, es passiert gar nichts) durch das eigene Schultergewicht. Wenn es ein zu starker Zug wäre, wäre das bestimmt zu gefährlich für den Nacken, aber auch der leichte Zug hat einen tollen Effekt, wenn kan den Entspanner regelmäßig benutzt. Ich benutze ihn nun immer für ca. 30-40 Minuten beim Lesen vor dem Einschlafen und zusätzlich noch mal sobald ich morgens vor dem Weckerklingeln wach werde, was "zum Glück" bei mir meistens irgendwann mal eine halbe bis zwei Stunden vorher passiert. Das Gute ist nämlich, dass man durchaus auch auf dem Entspanner schlafen kann, so lange man in Rückenposition bleibt. Ansonsten fällt der Kopf samt Entspannner um :-D, und dann ist man halt wach. Für mich war das ein echter Glückskauf und ist nun ein perfekter Begleiter während der Physiotherapie und sicher auch noch danach, um um Verspannungen durch die Büroarbeit im Zaum zu halten.

Esta almohada es lo mejor que he experimentado en años. Ahora que me veo obligada a estar sentada para trabajar , debido a que tengo 2 hernias cervicales después de 1 hora siempre tenía molestias en espalda, hombros y cuello. Y probé de todo pero fue comprar esta almohada y la verdad es que me quitó la presión que sentía y molestias. Con 2 sesiones de 15 min 2 a 3 veces al día! Es MARAVILLOSO! No dudarlo y comprarlo. Además no pesa nada y te lo puedes llevar de viaje. Lo mejor! Felicidades a quien lo invento! Gracias!
