Another remedy
An excellent alternative, with the help of a few prunes and liquorice, to the awful stuff given by Doctors, as the answer to constipation caused by pills. Ann Tomlinson

Can Only taste Cinnamon not Vanilla
I like this, I previously purchased a pack from my local Sainsburry's but I have finished the pack. To be honest I can not smell or taste Vanilla at all but Cinnamon is so empowering that even my husband who doesn't have a strength sense of smell got the empowering Cinnamon scent, all I can taste is Cinnamon, both the pack I bought from my local Sainburry's and this pack have empowering Cinnamon scent and taste. I can also taste cloves, I don't get the scent but can taste. Maybe it's just me. Twinnings used to have proper Vanilla tea, but I don't think they do anymore.

Fragrant and tasty
Most herbal teas seem to smell much better than they taste, but this ones really deliver on taste. I take the night one 1 hour before going to bed and really helps to calm down.
