Night view should be In color and not black & whitePlus accessories should be provided like screws that are longer so they fit in the previous holes that were made

Not built for the region.All doorbells here have a switch with 240 volts (standard l), this doorbell operates between 8-24AC . Installation wont be straight forward unless you buy an adapter and connect a cable to the doorbell which is very destructive.I had to workaround the problem by stuffing a 24Volts DC adapter inside the doorbell’s switch hole. At first used 12volts was very unstable and wold suddenly stop. Today I moved to a 24V DC adapter and I hope it works.In short, if you don’t have good knowledge of electrical wiring bring an electrician or get something with a battery.Another issue with this doorbell is for apartments it will always be in night-vision mode, everything in black and white and blurred as it requires more light to run in color (I’ve seen many people waiting for a firmware update to fix this but it never came).Overall. 2 stars is more than enough

The price and what it offers is great. Keep in mind that you need any power plug (like the ones you get if you bought a printer, router, or other electronic devices). Then cut the cable from the other side and link it to the ring device.

You have to Purchase an External Adapter because this is USA versionIt is better to get the battery one

Very good

This model is so cheap that I can buy Ring adapter, pay for local installation and yearly cloud subscription. Now I don’t have to worry about recharge batteries. I can answer delivery when i am outside. That is the whole idea of buying it and still stay in my budget.

Edit 13 Jan 2022 changed from 1 star to 5 stars.An excellent and well knowledgeable Amazon customer care executive called me and went through a lot of trouble shooting and fixed all the problems related to the product. And my unit is working as expected.It's a subscription based doorbell. Which means after your 30 days you will not be able to see any past recordings. And I was hoping it to connect with my Echo Dot for chime. It's keeps showing error "Something went Wrong". They have the worst customer service who will not help trouble shoot on chat and asking to call an international number.

Very disapointed that it does not work with Google Home. Also payment for the Plan is too high.

بدلته بدل جهاز الاعتيادي اللي مركب في البيوت. (يتطلب كهرباء مستمرة من المحول استشير كهربائي اذا ما عرفت). ركبته بنفسي ولست كهربائي لكن لدي خليفهربطته في البرنامج الان استطيع الرد من اي مكان في العالم على اي شخص يضرب جرس البيت.، بالإضافة تقوم بتسجيل مقاطع لأي حركة أمام المنزل. تصوير الليلي واضح أيضا.انا اوقف سيارتي أمام منزلي و أمام الكاميرا. للأسف نسيت سيارتي مفتوح احد الايام و فتح حرامي و سرق جميع مقتنيات و باقي الشخصية و الحكومية. سجلت الكاميرا عملية السرقة و الشخص. وكان وجهه واضح و تم إدانة السارق ولله الحمد.اعطيه مليون نجمة لو استطعت
