A. Vogel Neem Cream | Can be Used on Eczema-prone Skin | Naturally conditions and moisturises dry or very dry skin | 50g

Was introduced to this cream by a colleague as was suffering from dry, sore patches on my fingers. Delivery was quick and whenever I need to use it, it calms and softens my skin. The smell is glorious so a pleasure to use.

I got fed up of the eczema flare I've been having and decided to go hunting for something that would help. The usual recourse for me is hydrocortizone ointment, which is a topical steroid, and as such is not really all that good for you. Add in the fact that the affected area is usually my neck, and steroids become a much sillier proposition. I found this cream after googling for eczema remedies. Everyone who had used it seemed enthusiastic, and I thought I'd give it a go.I'm very glad I did. I've been using it for 3 days now and while the eczema hasn't cleared completely it's much, much better than it was. The raw redness has gone, and the skin feels much healthier. The results so far are hugely encouraging.One thing to bear in mind, if you are going to use this cream: It stings like crazy for the first few minutes if your eczema is really bad (mine was red raw and weeping, sorry for the visual, but it might help someone form an appropriate comparison). If your skin is merely dry, you don't feel anything at all. On areas that were dry but not raw, all I got was a pleasant cooling sensation, like you might get from tea tree oil, or similar. On the raw bits though, my god, it was like rubbing napalm into my skin. The stinging goes away within a minute or two, and the effect of the cream is more than worth the momentary discomfort. So, if you do get this reaction, don't panic, don't run away and wash it off, you'll only dry your skin out more and things will spiral even further. Just let it sink in and do its job. Think of the sting as a sign that it's working, if you like.In summary, this stuff is marvelous and I'll be ordering more as soon as I need it.

I happened upon this cream by accident and thought I’d give it a go. I was hoping it might clear up a patch of eczema I have on my foot that I can’t seem to get rid of except with steroids, and I just don’t want to use that all the time. Unfortunately, for me, it hasn’t managed to do that - it’s not made it any worse, but it’s still there. I also haven’t found it good for moisturising the other really dry post eczema patches and it hasn’t stopped the itching. You might have a different experience though. However, it smells amazing, is nice to use and I’ve discovered that for me it is great on insect bites, stopping them from itching, so that’s a bonus for me as I suffer with bites that get very itchy - now no more!

Absolutely brilliant cream!!! I had been crawling the walls and tearing my arms off with itching to the point of making them bleed! Nothing was helping and I was beginning to despair that it would be like that for ever but a friend recommended that I try this cream as she had found it helpful.I ordered it and recieved the cream the next day and was absolutely amazed that it managed to calm the itchiness within the first few seconds of the first application! I kept on applying in small amounts whenever the itching started again and just before bedtime (the itchiness was worse at night!).Within a week - the difference was remarkable and so much relief!After that - I only needed to apply the cream sparingly - just before bed for a week and since then have not had to apply at all.Would highly recommend that you try this product - it saved my sanity!!

A Vogel Neem Care Cream 50gI have been using A Vogel Neem Care Cream for some time. It's not greasy and absorbs into the skin easily, gentle enough to use even on your face yet strong and effective; I get little patches of nervous or stress eczema on my face and elbows occasionally which can itch and take weeks to clear up normally, but this clears it within a couple of days and soothes any itching or soreness straight away. I have also been massaging it into my nails and they seem to be getting stronger and less brittle. You only need to use a little so it goes a long way. My only gripe is that it no longer comes in a pot but a tube. I used to add a few drops of tea tree essential oil to it (for its anti-fungal properties as my daughter is prone to fungal infections on her feet and this made it extra effective) and now it's in a tube I can't!

It's an ok product, soothe the skin temporary, ok to use for scabies, I found that it didn't kill them only made it worse, I'm constantly itching only thing I found what worked was msg soap in a coldish shower but it doesn't kill scabies, best thing to use is permitherin 5% cream from doctors. And use sudercrem after to heel the lumps and cuts they've made. Smells a lot better than other neem oil products.

I bought this cream with very little expectation as I'd tried dozens of creams for my ceborroic dermatitis which often covers huge partsv of my face. I was desperate. I tried soaps, sulfur, dead sea salt etc. as well. All to no avail. For the past 10 days I've been applying it at night all over my face and the result feels nothing short of miraculous. What a relief. My skin now looks as if I'd never had a skin condition. I read reviews of others creams that had helped people with Ceborroic dermatitis and they had no effect on me. This is a good alternative to steroid creams which can really thin the skin. I strongly recommend it.
