This stuff does work but be warned can become a bit stringy and get stuck to labels and even to your vinyl i think you may need to need it in you're hands to warm it up to stop this...UpdateThis stuff breaks down quickly to the point that the only way to remove it from hands and items that gets stuck to is to wash them off ,contacted the manufacturer and they asked for serials codes etc which i did but all i got was a well look into it and got no follow up email ,so in the end i threw it away .be warned

Useless rubbish

There is no silver bullet to cleaning vinyl records, just don't let them get dirty in the first place!!!This stuff works as the product described, but it needs help. It does move all those dust particles and gets a lot out of the grooves, but does not necessarily lift them off the vinyl. But if you then use one of those record vacuum cleaners, you have what I can only describe as silence. Yes thats another few bob of investment that is worth every penny. (that too does not work alone). I tested this on my worst but very precious Glastonbury Fayre Vinyls from the 70's. Most vinyl junkies would have turfed them out, but at £300 pound I could not. Or at least they play like a £300 version now. Simply using Cyber Clean then the record vacuum they are very quiet and playable. Use it with care but once you get the hang of it, its a great tool to the battle for great vinyl playback.

Have an old style felt block for cleaning vinyl when on the turntable but nothing for the sylus.So I purchased this which is similar to another brand out there, I am very impressed with this, cleaning the vinyl is super easy and no residue is left, also using this to get rid of dust build up on the stylus works so well and easy.Overall I am very impressed with this for the money and the fact it does do 2 things, seems to keep good also.
