Works with surface devices.
These work with microsoft laptops and tablets with a single headset socket. Not tested with other laptops, but should be ideal. Many other adaptors are "apple" wired and do not work.

Helpful and cheap accessory for content creation
Not the best looking or most rugged choice for this kind of adapter but it gets the job done well and for a very affordable price!I use this adapter mainly so i can use my rode video mic go with my samsung s8 to getter better quality audio with my video recordings. One down side for me is that with a mic plugged in you need headphones in to monitor a live chat or yourself as the adapter cuts off audio coming from your phones speaker. All of that said it works great for what it is and its helped me improve the quality of my conteng on a budget!

Works as Described
A simple splitter that separates the speaker and mic and works as described.

very poor quality
I have chosen to give the adaptor a 3 star as the adaptor is very good quality and works on various devices, however after 3 months of using the adaptor it has decided to break. I would not recommend this product because of its reliability, but if you want a cheap adaptor to use until you have more money then in that case i would recommend it.

Faulty on Mic.
After trying soany times to get my rode mic to work with this on my phone and not working, I left it aside ( like a good year) to pick up using this again.. so I bought a few more from different sellers from Usb C to TTrs to trs etc u name it and it turns out this was the culprit! Microphone doesn't work. Now before u ask yes I tried it with two different adapters based on how may 3 loops or 2 loops TRS or TRrS ... A costly £25 mistake of buying various ones to find a system that worked on my Oppo phone or even Nokia for that matter

Just what was needed to connect headset with different plugs
This is a chep item but does the job perfectly. orking at home I wanted to use an old headset with separate mic and ear plugs to a modern laptop with a combined socket. You need to take care to get an adapter with the right number of segments on the barrel of the plug for this, not just an ordinary splitter. This has and does the job perfectly. Haven't used long enough to rate reliability yet.
