Makes really lovely bread

This flour is ground so well it’s featherlight and has a great taste! I often make loaves with half of this flour and half organic white and it makes a superb lightly browned loaf! Thank you 😁

I mix 20% organic Spelt flour with strong organic white flour to make a wonderful sourdough loaf, and I also use the same flour combination in my bread machine. It makes for very healthy and tasty home made bread.

I am disappointed that the shelf life for three bags of flours runs out in four months. This isn’t good.

I have recently started making my own spelt bread. This flour has a wonderful flavour and the bread I produce is delicious. The only problem is that is becoming quite expensive, as all my friends who taste it, ask me to make them a loaf!
