Brilliant storage for flour
I got the pizza bug so using it to keep my 00 flour, and it does a great job. This can fit the 15kg Caputo flour bag with some space left but not the 25kg bag!The ring release is tricky if you are not used to it, like me, just remember that the metal ring is flexible so push in to the opposite side after you open it to flex it just enough so you can remove from the lip which keeps the lid and the metal ring in place.

Excellent Container
Bought this container to use as a water butt when filling an aquarium, Excellent quality product with a tight sealing lid, even without the metal collar. The lid has a seal embedded within it and I have no doubt that this container is fully air and water tight. Handles are attached extremely well and lock into the down position. When opened up there is a stop on the container to prevent your hands getting trapped when carrying the keg.Edit:So good I bought another!

Excellent
Excellent for food storage in a commercial setting. I have about 8 of these in my café/shop to store flour, sugar etc. in a damp cellar. The barrels are lightweight but tough. The only problem is that the metal band that seals the lid can be fiddly to get back on.

Quick service and a great product.
Normally purchase these from another company but they wanted me to pay a huge amount of money for delivery... so like everyone out there I had another search and found these. The people in the workshop love them they are a better make than previous one ( bonus!) the handles are more robust. We will be buying all our barrels from here in the future. Quick service and a great product.

These water storage drums are excellent for storing RODI water from my reverse osmosis unit ...
I have these in the 30,60 and 120 litre versions. These water storage drums are excellent for storing RODI water from my reverse osmosis unit for my marine tank. Being food grade they will not leach phosphates or or contaminents into the water. Best way to check this is to leave your water stored in the drum for a few days with lid on and after removing lid have a smell it should not smell unlike if it was stored in a cheap garden water storage alternative. The plastic is nice and thick as I have drilled my 120 litre version to add a tap and pipe inlets and also on my 30 litre ato unit. The metal lock ring is sturdy ang give a tight fit for transporting. Yes i recommend these drums especially to my fellow reefers as the are much cheaper than the water storage tanks advertised by others for storing RODI water.

Just the job.
I bought this to make a cyclonic ash/water collector for my normal upright dry house vacuum. Works a treat and has a far greater capacity than any domestic wet/dry vacuum and of course is easily emptied because of the handles. I have already used it to vacuum up cold ash from the wood fire and suck out a blocked dishwater pipe. However it will collapse a little if the going is tough. But the just play a hair dryer inside, after the job, it and it pops back into shape.

Some Kegs are really hard to close
I bought three of these to hold my chicken grain, corn and grit. They are light, hold a lot, are robust and keep things super water tight. However one of them is really really difficult to close - almost impossible. Which is why I can't give this a 5 out of 5 star recommendation. Also, whilst they are probably designed to stack on top of each other safely, the concave lid means that any time it rains, water does collect on the lid. Easy to get rid of but I am sure this will provide challenges in opening the lids when frost/ice/snow comes.
