Good flavor-- I add it to smoothies. In a pinch I'll just add it in water and go. I definitely get more energy/motivated to do things. It was recommended by my lady doc to help with menopause brain and brain fog/motivation. Not sure if it completely helps, but I definitely see more energy in the day vs the pills.

Are you an overly critical consumer who doesn't pay attention to details and then complain about something that isn't an issue? I'm glad the container isn't full of fillers in order to make it *seem* like you're getting more. 3.11 grams IS the serving size for the appropriate amount of magnesium. Product states 93.35 grams. That is what you get! 30 servings of 3.11 grams. With a scoop that *roughly* gives you 3 grams. No one is ripping you off! 93 grams is not that much of anything! Scroll through the reviews and lose hope in the lack of critical reasoning skills of modern humanity when customers post pictures of their "empty" containers and intelligence. :) Now, supplement wise, I really enjoy this magnesium. It delivers in terms of helping to balance my mood and reaction to stress, feels calming when I drink it, and has been a good addition in helping to regulate my sleep. NO, it does not relax you like a prescription or make you fall asleep like a prescription only sleeping pill. If you're expecting this, you've got other aspect of self-awareness to address.

Absolutely love this stuff! It is a MUST buy!! We were on the verge of testing my 5yr old for ADHD & I was trying to exhaust every other means beforehand. So after doing research, & speaking with our pediatrician who recommended this type of magnesium, we tried this stuff out. Within about 30min you can tell this stuff is actually working! My son calls it his brain medicine because it “helps my brain not feel crazy” & will ask me for it. Because of the flavor, he takes this in lemonade every day before school & his teachers have noticed a major difference in his ability to focus & not be so fidgety. Because he is a child (& with approval from his Dr), this dosage he takes is 1/2 scoop. I have recommended this product to so many fellow parents when they express the challenges their child is having with focus & they have told me it has helped!

I am very disappointed with this purchase it’s not worth the price because the jar is big but it comes almost empty not even half full ,

I bought this because I heard magnesium L-threonate can support brain health, especially during perimenopause. It mixed well when I shook it up and there were no clumping issues, but the taste and flavor just were not something I enjoyed. I have learned that for me to take something consistently, it has to taste good. If this had more of a tart or fruity flavor, I think I would have been more excited to keep it in my routine. The ingredients are strong, and it seems like a good product overall. It just was not the right fit for me.

If you’re wondering if this is worth it, let this review be your sign. Get it. Take it at bedtime consistently and I promise you’ll thank me. I religiously take this as part of my regimen and it has improved my ability to fall and STAY asleep. I also find that it helps me “wind down” the racing thoughts or rumination at bedtime. Magtein makes it clear that other magnesium supplements are weak by comparison. The only downside is this powder is very sweet. I mix it with about 4oz of water (because I don’t want to wake up to go potty in the middle of the night) and brush my teeth right after. It’s sweet but not unbearable.

It’s a good product - but the jar is only 15-20% full, practically empty which makes it very very expensive per serving

Packaging is so incredibly excessive it's actually insulting. The contents doesn't even fill a quarter of the big container. Unless this product opens my mind to another dimension, it is absolutely not worth the money. Really disappointed.

Tiene buen sabor, hasta ahora me a caído muy bien, esperó obtener buenos resultados.
