These are really well made and good value for money. It’s great to have two as one can be in use and the other can be in the freezer ready for a swap! There were used for a bad back and proved very effective.

You have to be careful you don't overheat these as they do get extremely hot, and they should be wrapped in a towel. They do work at taking aches and pains away.

I bought these to replace a larger gel pad that is no longer available and these were the largest I could find. They seem to be well made and look as though they will last. They dont stay hot for as long as the one they replaced but thats to be expected because there isnt the same amount of material in them. But they are usefull and are value for money

If you are not a fan of lavender scented wheat bags, these are great. Easy to use, keep one in freezer and one out, for warming. Do not over warm in microwave. Already been in use for ear pain due to cold and a bang to the head, to reduce swelling, Very handy items to have in the home.

These ice packs came in very handy for my broken toe .they stay cold for about 20 mins after thawing .came as a pack of two so alternated using them one in freezer while using one .

Good product, ideal for my foot pain, does not stay frozen very long but it does help a little. Thanks x

Quite good but despite getting really hot, they don't hold the high heat for very long. Not yet had cause to use them cold but have noticed they are not very flexible when frozen

Product does what it is supposed to. I use it mostly for ice treatment, and the problem is it freezes rock hard to a point it's not flexible. When I take it out of the freezer I have to wait a few minutes before I can actually wrap it around my knee, which is not good since when I'm in pain I need to ice it right away. I have similar products of other brands which stay alongside with this one in the freezer and they don't go so hard, so it's definitely not the freezer's temperature being too low. For the price I payed I was expecting a bit better quality.

Für den Preis eigentlich super, speichern gut die Wärme. Manko: Beim erhitzen in heißem Wasser löst sich etwas von der blauen Farbe im Wasser. Alte Handtücher o.ä. zum trocknen verwenden

Presencia muy buena, algo mas pequeñas que las convencionales, muy resistente y aguanta mucho tiempo el frio

Les poches sont grandes et couvrent une bonne zone. Je les ai acheté pour un mal au dos donc j'ai du bidouiller avec une ceinture de maintien pour les faire tenir sur les lombaires mais elles ont fait leur effet. Elles peuvent chauffer pas mal. Je les mettais une minutes au micro onde. J'en ai rangé une dans ladmoira pharmacie et l'autre au congelo pour les futurs entorses...

Achetés principalement dans le but de soulager des douleurs après une opération des dents de sagesses. Ils fonctionnent très bien, autant chauds que froids, et surtout ils restent mous même froids (sauf s'ils sont vraiment 48h au congélateur mais 2h suffisent)

Solo las he usado en frio, y funcionan perfectament, hasta me sorprendio lo q tardan en calentarse. Las recomiendo totalmente, las volveria a comprar
