Seem like they might help
Seem great so far,I have issues with my hand and wanted some exercise balls to help with hand pain, they seem like they might help .After a week or so on the yellow, I could feel a difference in my hand and the pain was getting less, so now on the red , which offers more resistance and requires more power to squeeze it.Very impressed by theses little blobs of? They are doing the job very well.

Three levels of 'softness'.
These came on time, the instructions are clear and there are 3 levels of softness in the egg-shaped balls - so you can build up your strength. I'm a double-bassist and sometimes, after 2 hours of heavy playing, I get cramp in my left hand - which makes things very awkward! I'm really hoping these will do the trick. It's up to me, now, to remember to work it.

Reviewers saying all are the same resistance: I'd not shake your hand for fear of losing my fingers
Very good value (£5.99 for a set of 3) and they very clearly have different levels of resistance, immediately obvious as soon as you squeeze them. Blue: high, Red: medium, Yellow: low.I would genuinely fear for my digits shaking hands with anyone that can't tell the difference between these as they obviously have a grip of iron. These are not an accurate grip training tool, so don't expect eye-popping pop-eye forearms from randomly squeezing them. They are for rehab and hand warm up (I enjoy climbing, and I suffer from poor circulation in my hands which puts me at greater risk of tendon and ligament injuries. I use these to get blood pumping around my hands before climbing or training)

Work well but pricey for what they are
These stress balls are really eggs rather than balls but I was recommended this type of product to help strengthen muscles in my hands to combat arthritis and I have to say that the shape is perfect for this and they have been effective. I've only used the yellow one so far as thats the most pliable and does what I wanted it to do so not sure I will need the others. There is also a guide sheet included to help with exercising which mirrors what a health professional had advised me to do although I'd suggest taking your own advice before using them as what suits me might not be right for everyone. The only gripe is the cost as they are only silicon type rubber material so don't seem good value. Also recommend a good wash on first use with soap and water to get the sticky residue off but only had to do it once.

Great to use, just the right firmness, not too soft and not too firm 👍
They are just the right tension for me and great value 👍

A great shape and resistances to build hand and wrist strength.
These are brilliant. I purchased for my daughter suffering wrist and hand strain from repetitive keyboard and mobile phone use. I can see how this will help build strength and alleviate pain. I just ordered a set for me too. I already have the round shaped physio balls for my hands which has helped. But I can feel the immediate benefit of the egg shaped balls with the different resistances. It will help me more. I like also that it comes with instructions on the exercises to do and their benefits. I highly recommend these.

sticky
good but i dont like the egg shape, it would be better if they were round or ball shaped. also the material is sticky and picks up everything from the floor

Fantastic for Anxiety
I got these for my 12 year old daughter who suffers with social anxiety. There is three different types, one being squishy, one being quite squishy and one being hard, she didn't like the hardest one as she said it made her feel frustrated as she couldn't sqush it lol but loves the other two, the most squishy being her fave as its perfect for palm of her hand.I have taken the hardest one as I bite my nails so it's great as it stops me from biting I'm a little stronger so its perfect for me.
