Calcium supplement
I ordered these because I have modified my diet to lower my sugar and cholesterol levels and so use an app to track my dietary intake. This revealed that cutting out most foods which contain fats, also cuts my calcium levels, so I take two of these a day and that has restored the balance. They taste ok and are best followed by a glass of water.

Not chewable, you may break teeth!
These are fine but used to be softer as in chewable but for past year not so...they are very hard and brittle!
