It was a cute, sweet and loving story.I adored Emmy and Bently. I hoped that he had proposed her though.I can't wait to read other stories in this series.

One word - Amazing.. A must read for all romance lovers.

(I voluntarily reviewed an eARC of the book for For The Love of Fictional Worlds)This book was EXACTLY what I didn’t even know I needed right now – A cute, delightful romance with wonderful charming MCs and Secondary Characters aided by some enchanting writing style that me flying through the whole book in ONE & A HALF HOURS at the start of my workday :DBentley Ridge is a stuffy, uptight and snobby businessman whose days are made up of doing business and only business and unlike other heroes in the same shoes, he doesn’t do much of playing; which made fall in love with him and all I wanted to do was cuddle him up and make him hot chocolate; which I have a feeling that he wouldn’t appreciate since it didn’t come from Emmy.Emmy is a breath of fresh air, not only for Bentley but also for me – she is fun, sarcastic and her reflex quips had me bursting out in giggles out loud in the office at just the wrong time! Not that I actually cared; I was perfectly happy and enjoying the beauty of this book.THIS IS WHAT RELATIONSHIPS SHOULD BE LIKE – no drama, honest and open communication; especially with using their common sense and good judgment.Do you have any idea what it is like to read about a good adult relationship is supposed to be like? I get it, no readers actually want something fun and exciting to get away from their reality – BUT I HAVE A RELATIONSHIP LIKE BENTLEY & EMMY; and I know that no matter what, two people who have enough sense to understand that drama doesn’t make relationship fun, it’s how the two people interact with each other and THAT’s EXACTLY HOW THE AUTHOR SHOWED THE RELATIONSHIP IN THIS BOOK!The writing was the icing on the cake – Ms. Moreland pretty much made sure I got hooked right in from the start and she didn’t let go until I reached the very end! Plus, she not only made sure I adored the main characters; she also had me invested in the secondary characters like never have I before – and now I can’t WAIT to read the rest of the family’s books! <3

I always love to have a friendship like BAM team is having and seeing one of them getting married in first sight is amazing to read

All the characters are amazing.This book is for someone that loves romance, mystery and books that feel real. You feel all the emotions.

A great start to this new series. I love the characters and the drama and suspense are very well done. I can’t wait to see what happens next with Aidan. Awesome narration too

Todos los libros que leí de esta autora me hicieron pasar por todas las emociones posibles.... desde alegria, tristeza, ternura, emoción con nudo en la garganta incluido, nervios,... buf un montón. Y este no iba a ser menos. Bentley, aunque tiene un carácter fuerte, cuando se enamora es un hombre detallista, cariñoso y pasional. Te meterás en la historia y te será imposible salir de ella indemne.

Loooooved it! The storyline, the characters, the plot twist, the romance, everything!Love how Melanie Moreland writes, her attention to details and how she describe emotions is very special and makes the books she writes even more enjoyable!I thought I couldn’t love her heroes more than I did Richard from “The Contract”, but I was wronnng! Love Bentley, Aidan and Maddox, and can’t wait to start the next book!

4,5 starsI'm on a binge of new authors, trying to reach as much as I can, and I've been keeping my eyes on this series and this author for a while now, and I'm so happy a took it a shot!I loved the story, I loved the characters and I loved their background.Emmy is sweet, resilient, funny and loyal, but she is also guarded and afraid to trust. Bentley is Rigid, stoic, austere. But he is also caring, loyal, nurturing even.Together, they bring the best out of each other. He makes her feel safe, she makes him feel loved. He makes her trust, she makes him lighter. It was so sweet watching them.And the secondary characters were so captivating! They were all a big family, a real one, they had each other's back and they faced whatever needed to be faced just to love and protect. I can't wait to read about them!Watching Emmy and Bentley face their past to start a future was so beautiful and romantic. They deserved that and they were smart enough to enjoy their chance."I'm not waiting for the past anymore. I'm giving it to you for safekeeping. Just like my heart. I want my future to be with you"
