My go to when I’m feeling sick with the flu. Honestly this tea does help me A LOT when I’m sick, the tea warms me up and soothes my throat and lungs. It takes about 15mins to kick in and makes me sleepy, but honestly when I’m sick and coughing getting some sleep is definitely a relief and welcomed. Love the taste of honey lemon, very soothing and I don’t feel like I’m taking medicine which is great! I can’t drink cough syrups anymore because they make my stomach uncomfortable, the tea is a great alternative. As for value… I wish it was a bit cheaper but yes it’s worth the price. I feel back to normal within a week of taking the tea, so it’s effective! As for quality, I have not had any issues with my packages. The teas all have tasted the same honey lemon that I’m used to. The boxes are always in perfect condition and the tea powder packets are individually sealed marked Day or Night.

When my family and I had gotten sick, we depended on Theraflu to get through the day. It works better if you’re not a fan of taking pills. Highly recommended to those with said issues.
