First item received had a faulty zip which made the bag unusable to keep things cool...However, Shopflex customer service proactively asked if I was satisfied with the product before I had left feedback and when I explained the problem they immediately offered to send me a replacement bag.The new bag arrived quickly and is perfect for my needs.The bag holds three 1l bottles and with the addition of some freezer blocks keeps drinks cool. I use it for tennis and it is ideal to have a cool drink at the end of 4 hours on court.The bag is excellent and Shopflex have been a pleasure to deal with (after the initial hiccup).Highly recommended product and company

Extremely well made and lightweight but robust. It looks very compact but is a bit like the Tardis and holds 2 adequately sized plastic lunch containers and a small vacuum flask with plenty of room for fruit and freezer blocks. The mesh bag on the outside is perfect for a bottle of water or the small vacuum flask. All-in-all a perfect lunch bag and real value for money.

Bought this for my husband to take his lunch in to work. It is brilliant, not only can you get sandwiches/rolls etc in the main part, you can also get a bottle of water in the side pocket. It has a compartment at the front for whatever you want to put in there but unfortunately not big enough to get an ice block in!

I bought this cool bag for keeping my medications in when I go away to keep them at a constant temp - I have a lot of tablet boxes! It's perfect for the job, nice and compact with a great adjustable strap to carry it and extra little pocket on the front and side mesh pocket. It's also small enough to fit in another rucksack as hand luggage at an airport.

Really convenient bag to use, can use to keep tickets, passports etc as well as food. Would give five stars if extra water bottle pocket, and some form of inner zip compartment to keep things handy. small outer zip compartment is too small and should have two zip fasteners instead of one.

I bought this for my 10yr old son and he loves it. It's well worth the money, cleans easily and looks stylish and not babyish which was important to him.
