Good tool
I have always liked Spear and Jackson tools and this edger lives up to their reputation for a good strong garden tool fit for purpose. Perfect job edging around the paving stones.You get what you pay for I think.

A well made edging iron by spear and Jackson, quality speaks for itself. If looked after will last me many years

Broke on second use
Second time I used the tool the end snapped, on inspection the wooden sharpened pole was drilled through in two directions thus weakening the tip of the pole. Worse it was riveted in one direction so could not be simply repaired.

Perfect lawn edging tool
I’ve been cutting out a border in a new garden and the lawn edge was cut out really easily. This tool is lightweight but sturdy and has created a perfect line.

Profi Werkzeug
Der Rasenkantenstecher ist ein Profiwerkzeug und das merkt man schon gleich wenn man ihn in der Hand hat.Kein Vergleich zu einem Baumarkt Tool. Da lohnen sich die paar Euro Aufpreis auf alle Fälle.Den hat man ein Leben lang und der hält einfach und kann nicht rosten ( Edelstahl ).Der Stiehl ist sehr robust und kein billig Holz.

broke after twenty minutes...not sturdy

Konstruktion zu schwach
Nach 10 Stichen an der zu stark verschliffenen schweißnaht verbogen. -> unbrauchbar!

Direkt bei der ersten Nutzung kaputt gegangen
Hatte das Gerät bereits Anfang März bestellt. In Vor Ostern dann Urlaub gehabt und voller Tatendrang raus in den Garten. Tja, was soll ich sagen: nach gerade einmal anderthalb Metern ist der Stiel direkt am Metalltrichter abgebrochen. Bin leider über die Rückgabefrist. Geld für'n Ar***! Stiel nicht austauschbar, da genietet. Mega-ärgerlich!
