I usually don't write reviews, but I was quite impressed with these Nuage Coffee nespresso pods. I also noticed they didn't have many reviews, so I felt obligated. LOL. First off, the taste is MUCH more similar to real espresso than the competition(I have used just about all of them - including Nespresso brand). Out of the 5 flavors, I really liked the Manilo, Americano, and Cafe Noir. I saw on the company's website that I can buy the flavors separately which is nice for the future.Additionally, these are ALL ALUMINUM capsules! If any of you have tried the plastic capsules, they have issues and tend to deform and not work.... These won't have that issue, thank goodness. I tend to get frustrated easily about these type of things.I only received these a couple of days ago, but I wanted to try all of the flavors before I left a review. I will be ordering another one of these samplers in the very near future. I know not everyone has one of these machines, but it's well worth it if you prefer espresso shots over having to pee every 5 minutes because you drink a pot of coffee in the morning. But hey, if you enjoy being in the restroom that much, then you do you... I'll stick to espresso though :)UPDATE: I ordered another round of the sample set and happened to see someone left a review that this watery, so I put in a couple more pictures... watery is not what I would call it, but maybe my pallet is not as refined as some others... I've only been drinking espresso for 30 years 🙃

I use 5 or 6 pods a day so I’m always looking for good flavor pods that are reasonably priced. I’ve tried almost every brand of nespresso compatible pods on Amazon. Peet’s is my favorite because it has the strongest flavor, more than the nespresso brand. I used to be able to buy decent price Peet’s pods for subscribe and save but now I can’t find any deals. So I’ve decided to try this brand but I was skeptical. Most Italian branded pods on Amazon aren’t that good, cheap but loose packing pods, not smooth. Well, these pods are the exception! The pods are well packed, nice crema, smells great, very smooth. Not as strong as Peet’s #11 but the coffee is smooth in a very enjoyable way if that makes sense. I just wish Amazon will carry this brand in multiple pack but single flavor.

I heard about the ongoing development of this coffee about a year ago. I learned that the company was working with an Italian company to perfect not only the flavors, but the crema too (an important part of the espresso delivery). I love a good espresso and through the years I have owned both professional (when my husband and I had a restaurant in the Adirondacks) and home use machines. The parts I never cared for was the time to prepare and clean up. Now with the development of quick heating and easy clean up, the home espresso offerings were out there but the flavor and the perfection of the crema were often less than perfect. This coffee will deliver the flavor and the distinct look of a perfect demitasse of espresso. I am working through the flavors of this sampler package and taking the time to truly enjoy the taste of each one - some with and some without the addition of a biscotti or lightly sweet biscuit. There's a reason the Italians serve it this way. I recommend trying this offering and make the choice for your favorite.

I was really excited to try these since they were a cheaper alternative and compatible with my coffee maker. However, when I plugged the first one in, it had an awful sour flavor! I tried a different one to see if it was just one flavor in the set but that one had the same soured, rotten quality! I do NOT recommend getting this, the other brand was worth the price. Save your money for another brand.

When I bought these, I didn't realize they weren't made by Nespresso. The boxes look so similar but over all, I was pleased. The price was great and it allowed me to try different types of coffee. I gave this a four only because I'm not a fan of the dark roast but I really enjoyed the other four boxes. My favorite flavor, I can't get on its own which is disappointing. I won't buy this variety pack again because I actually threw out one of them because of the flavor. It might be someone's favorite...but I didn't like it at all. I'll keep my eye out for more options from this brand.

I was very surprised by the quality of this coffee. It made it very smooth and even tasting brew. I was really happy with the quality the capsules. In the past, I have bought products with plastic capsules and had terrible results. These are aluminum capsules that function flawlessly. I would highly recommend this for Nespresso drinkers

Pros- The packaging is nice- Aluminum capsules are great and work well with the nspresso machine- Cheaper priceCon-It tastes like office coffee. I was hoping it would be better but sadly disappointed. I’m willing to try again if they improve the flavor.
