Does anyone know whether this would be suitable to use on a Lemon tree?

i believe rhizo would be fine for any plants or trees because its full of trace elements and vitamins which encourages healthy root growth which in turn gives you a healthy plant or tree espicaally after re-potting or any signs of stress

Is this necessary to use in coherence with terra vega and flores and at what stage would this be used veg/flower?

This is a root stimulant so is most effective at the start of veg when your plant is growing and rooting. Once you flip to the flowering stage you can stop feeding Rhizotonic all together, as most people do. However there are many people who use it all the way through and Canna do suggest to. Just bear in mind that Canna have no problem with you using extra when you don't need to, so their schedule can be a little biased. Hope this helps. LH Team

As ppl have said your leafs should be drooping at night ..just chilling while they use up all the stored energy they've soaked up during the day for photosynthesis etc
