As requested, I did contact the seller but I was told this was the quality standard they accept therefore no offer of money back very disappointing.. their reasoning was at this time of year they can look a little bit darker!One of the bunches received was made up of multiple 1 inch strands board and tide. He clearly wasn’t able to be planted like this so I ended it and found lots of strands of a very short length. It looked like the clippings.. I appreciate the oxygenating plants can look a little straggly but this was not as I expected to purchase and from a reputable seller not what I expected to receive.

There was only one very small bunch, possibly 2 strands, fixed by a weighted clasp. It was bright green and looked very fresh and healthy though. I was surprised and disappointed that there was so little but I put it straight in the pond. If it thrives I will be happy as it will hopefully spread and multiply. Delivery was swift. The quality was excellent, it was the quantity which concerned me.

Product consisted of several (5-6) strands of plant barely 10cm long weighted in the centre of strand by lead sleeve. I know it will grow through time. Presently, plant cannot be seen in pond obviously because it is weighted. However, for £4.49 I would at least expect a length of plant that was visible in my pond and would do the job it was bought for, to oxygenate. No plant information on care or growth expectation. So I wait with expectation in the hope I may see my investment at some point in the future?
