Not sure my 500 has a 5 inch screen and it fits with room to spare

Why douse the metirial change in the pictures

I use mine for the tomtom 520 bags of room cables etc

I can't give you an absolutely definitive answer because I have a Go 500 but I cannot see that there would be an issue as the GO50, GO500 & GO5000 are all approximately the same dimensions (5" screen)
