I'm a painter and spend longs hours sitting at the easel. My bony bum typically needs extra cushioning or I end up in pain. This cushion is sized well and covers most of the seat of my office chair. This is the second one i've purchased (I decided to buy a second one for a second chair in my home) and perhaps I'm imagining it, but the most recent purchase feels a little thinner/harder than the first, in my opinion. It has softened up some after repeat use and both are comfortable and allow me to sit significantly longer than I'd be able to without them.I like that the cover has a handle on it, as it can be prone to sliding on a smooth/leather seat. I was able to pull the handle through the back of the seat frame and secure it underneath the frame of the chair with wire. Doesn't totally stop slippage, but has helped. Ideally, the bottom the cover would be grippier (it has a texturized finish just isn't quite enough).I don't quite understand why the inner cushion itself is offered in different colors, but the cover doesn't match. I purchased a white cushion and really wish the cover was white as well since the cushion inside isn't visible (the cover is gray on one side and black on the other).

Fit the entirety of my '15 4runner driver seat. The white cushion cover that came with it was perfect to blend with my cream colored leather seats. Also comes with a black case. The grip pads on the bottom are some of the best and the pad will never move as long as you're seated on it. It's decently thick but not so much as to make you overly tall in the seat. It's made driving my car comfortable and enjoyable again! There's no plastic odor or anything. Seems well made and if I need another I wouldn't hesitate to buy another. For reference I am 6'0 & 250 lbs.

I bought this for my mom. I thought it was comfortable but she didn’t like the gel feeling. So I guess it depends on what preferences.

I wanted big and this fit my computer seat almost exactly. Perfect size I was hoping for before I purchased, so glad it met my expectations. Now that I know it's size, will purchase more of these in the future for other chairs.great value, looks great as it comes with an extra cover as well. Much thicker than another one I purchased an regretted.

This was purchased for my student who has Muscular Dystrophy Duchennes syndrome who has begun developing skin breakdown. His parents cannot afford to purchase nor do they have the knowledge of what would help. Just to see the look of pain relief on his face was priceless. Of course we (his teacher and para also) are all pulling together to care for him and help the parents to fulfill the needs as they also have a second son who also has the same disease. Being a nurse in an ESE center school I see many needs for my totally handicapped students and appreciate Amazon and their participating business that make it more affordable to accommodate our needs.

I wish it had more cushioning, but it’s better than nothing. I needed to add some padding to my office chair, and it does the job.
