I bought this because I was having wrist pain in the gym during push workouts (shoulder, chest, etc). Since I started using these, my wrist pain has decreased quite a lot but still hasn't gone completely, but that might be user error on my end since I'm not 100% sure on how to use them correctly. The velcro is very high quality and doesn't feel like it will lose it's stickiness anytime soon. The fabric is also quite comfortable and doesn't scratch or cause any discomfort on my wrists (even if I have them on super tight). I've seen these things last for years at a time so the value for money is pretty good.

Bought these a few years ago and now buying again after accidentally leaving my previous ones at the gym. The fact i'm buying them again probably tells you something about how satisfied I was with them and thought now as i'm about to order again it would be a good time to leave a review.So there's not too much to say, the comfort is as good as you could hope for, adjust to your own wrists and level of support needed, pick a preferred colour pattern so they look cool, and while I cant speak so much about for the more common exercises, I do a lot of body weight training, sometimes high rep pushups, so these are a great preventative measure aswell as supportive if you have issues already.In anycase I recommend having them in your gym bag, they're cheap enough and effective enough, can help prevent an injury and theyre pretty durable and high quality to.Pretty happy customer, I dont think you can really be disappointed at this price range, one of the best bang for buck gym accessories you can buy imho.

One size fits all is a bit misleading. Most of us that lift weights and require/use wrist wraps have wider/thicker wrists. These wraps are about 12 inches long. They fit but not much left to tighten and support.. there is also a hard piece built in that I assume is for support but it rubs on the bone and is somewhat irritating. That being said I received them yesterday and used them today for the 1st time. They may stretch out and break in over time.
