Great product.
The 3M adhesive is very good. Surprisingly so. This is bigger than the old version which I also had no issues. I suspect this is just for increased gripping strength for really rough rides.There are cheaper offerings out there with less ease of use / simplicity but this is a great product. I just wish they made more custom cases as I'm on a OnePlus 3 and loved their iPhone case with built-in quadlock. It was a very good case!

Just works. Even for wireless charging!
Super slimline profile (a lot more than I thought it would be) and attaches without any concern of falling off - which was a big deal, of course. I came from having the case with my iPhone, but since converting to Android, I needed an alternative and this provided very well. You need to consider the idea of having, essentially, a plug on the case of your case... but the functionality far outweighs any hangups about look and feel.One major point worth noting. Wireless charging. It states on Quad Lock's own website this isn't possible. Not true. IT IS! For my Note 8, I've got Samsung's Clear Cover case on (0.95mm thick), as well as this adapter and it still charges just fine... very stable, non-fussy and 100% reliable. (I have the CHOETECH fast charge wireless charger just FYI).

Sticks like glue
Use it on the back of a phone protector to make a bespoke mounting to go onto your quadlock. It sticks like glue - no evidence of any separation even after a couple of years.

Good quality and very functional.
Very useful if you want to mount an item that doesn't have its own dedicated Quad Lock case - such as an iPad. Very sticky so it will adhere well to the back of an iPad case or the iPad itself if that's what you want. I've tried it and it works very well in a bumpy car off-road with a screen mounted iPad pro. No noticeable vibration and it stayed where it was meant to stay.The only slight downside is that the click when you get it into position on the mount isn't very strong so you are sometimes unsure if it is mounted correctly.

Overpriced but properly strong.
Massively overpriced but all quadlock stuff is. However, it is solid. I use a Samsung Active Tab as an off road navigator and it has stuck hard to the back. My inner wedgehead has made me put 2 steel wire safety loops on it but I am an ex wedgehead, so what do you expect? I have not needed the safety breakaways. I also have one for a phone and it is reassuringly solid.

Great item
Quadlock do not sell a case to fit my phone so this was the perfect solution. Definitely attach to a case though - not the phone itself!

Quad Lock adapter: It works perfectly.
I prefer to use a gel case (as opposed to the Quad Lock cases which I'm not that keen on) so this adapter is ideal. It adheres perfectly, I've never felt that my phone is unsafe or likely to bugger off my motorcycle handlebars (even at high motorway speeds). Highly recommended.
