Malt bread essential
Apart from being incredibly sticky it is the essential ingredient of good malt bread - excellent product!

Good product but poor packaging experience
Product good. Have used before in baking malted bread and will continue to use. However packing for transit not good. Opened package to find one of the jars had leaked resulting in jars encased in layer of sticky malt extract within a bubble wrap cocoon. The loss of some of the product through leakage and the clean up required means that this is not the value for money purchase expected and I will consider other procurement options when I need to replenish stocks.
