Just what I was looking for

This is the best, most comfortable heel pads I’ve ever worn. It sticks to the back of the shoes so well and protects my heels from blisters. They make my shoes fit better. I wear a size 5 but sometimes it’s not always available so I have to get a 5 1/2. So when I walk, the shoes rub against my heels. That’s why I bought these pads.

These "T" shaped gel inserts get four stars for comfort, but one star for adhesion. The backing isn't sticky enough to stay in place in my shoes, and within a few steps the grips have shifted position. I tried making it through one trip with several errands, and after taking my shoes off for the third time, I gave up and took them out. The only way they would stay in position where I put them is if I were to use a much stronger thin double sided tape. Whatever adhesive they use on these it's just not strong enough, especially after it warms ups from contact with your feet.

These are great to help your heels without so much pressure being put on the heel of your foot I would definitely recommend them.

I got these for some dress boots. I didn't want a big bulky insert. They have a pretty high heel and just aren't comfortable. I purchased a set of ball pads to add with these and hopefully will do the trick. These pads were nice and cushy. I made sure there wasn't anything to keep it from sticking so I used an alcohol prep pad to clean the inside of the boot where the pads stick. They aren't going anywhere. I feel these will hold up for me. I won't be using these boots regularly but these pads will give me more comfort for the days that I do.

I used these on a pair of dress shoes that were causing me blisters in the heels because the back of the shoe would rub against my heels when I walked. After adding these heel grips, my feet were much more secure in the shoes and the cushion prevented my heels from moving around anymore inside the shoes. The adhesive of the grips were strong and stayed in place.

These didn't keep my shoes on my feet at all. They kept coming lose from the shoes to only get caught on my no show sock. They might work better in a different type of shoe, but I put them in my loafers, and they didn't help them from slipping off my heal.

These have been a great help for my shoes that are too big and flop off my feet when walking. They are very soft and adhere very well to the shoe. These are a plus!
