Babz 10 in 1 Steam Cleaner Mop Hand Held

This product is really great value - with no prior experience with steam cleaners, it was easy to assemble and quick to get going. The extra parts are great too. can't compare the quality of the clean vs other cleaners but I am really pleased with the product. Only complain would be that the cord is not very long. I have a London studio flat and it doesn't stretch from one end to the other in spite of it being very small. This means plugging it into 3 diff sockets to complete one floor clean alone! Also no socket allows me to stretch to bathroom which is annoying - as now have to buy an extension lead to accommodate so I can do the grouting and tiles.

I have used it for carpets and curtains and found quite easy to use and effective. It is obviously a steamer for general cleaning, not a de-stainer. Same reviews described it as flimsy, I think it's quite robust. I didn't find the instructions for assembling very clear, as the parts don't seem to 'match', you have to push strongly rather than click into place. As it is small and light, the disadvantage is that the tank needs to be refilled more often, but one fill is enough for one or two rooms, depending on size. Price good for what you get.

Great wee device. Ideal for cleaning my bathroom. The only criticism I have is that when you raise the handheld vertically, it's spurts a little, as the water doesn't cover the element to create the steam.Also, the little attachments don't stay only perfectly, so when I was using the metal brush, it's melts twisting and coming loose.Apart from that, it's a great buy. Ended up buying two, as my mum insisted on one for Mother's Day!

I bought this steam cleaner after looking at a few others, and I thought that at that price, "What could be wrong with it?" .But to my amazement there is nothing wrong at all. Some of the peoples reports that I did read were very helpful in making my decision on buying this steamer. At this remarkable price ,and if you are looking to buy a steam cleaner mop,don't look ant further than a Babz 10 in 1 steam cleaner.

my floor steamer came when they said it would .very pleased with my purchase .does what it says .would have given 5 stars but I think the handle is a bit flimsy .don't know how long it will last. have not tryed all the attachments yet .and would have thought they would have put a spare cloth in with it. only one floor cloth provided. but overall I am quite pleased with my purchase.

Ok had a few delivery mix ups at the start so did take ages to get here.But on the positive emailed seller and was really helpful and did there best quickly.Used once and pleased so far nice and light.The cap for water is awkward but I suppose it has too be as you put water in.Cord is longer than many steam mops but you do have to take it out and plug in different rooms but that's just been picky about it.It does only come with one pad but you can easily get more so not too bothered rounding up it's fantastic mop at a fantastic price will definitely come back to this seller and highly recommend the steam mop thanks.

When I use the small attachments the power is good. But when I use the big mop, it is not that powerful and the steam is not enough. It is liking too much. But generally I am satisfied with the purchase as the price is good :)

Initially I loved this product, it did what is said on the tin. Then after a few months the handle broke clean off. And I note from other product reviews that other customers have had similar issues. After trying to contact the seller twice with no reply, I am now trying to find out how to return the item, but it looks to be difficult. Amazon state Suppliers should reply back to queries within 3 days, however this clearly doesn't always happen. I'm so disappointed, this is a good product, but there appears to be no customer service. I would be happy with a replacement handle, but it looks like I won't be getting one. If you're lucky you might get a good one, but they aren't robust enough to handle regular use. DO NOT BUY UNLESS FOR LIGHT USE. IV'E SINCE DISCOVERED THEY'VE GONE INTO LIQUIDATION AND THE ONLY COURSE FOR REFUNDS IS VIA TRADING STANDARDS. I SEE PRODUCTS ARE STILL BEING SOLD FROM BABZ SO STEAR CLEAR!!
