Excellent quality
Excellent quality kimchi with really tasty ginger and garlic and crunchy cabbage and carrots. It is a bit too hot for me though and I would love it if you would do a milder version with all the exact same ingredients minus the chilli flakes and cayenne pepper.

Good for health.
I enjoyed eating this, but it was quite spicy. After a while I got used to it. It has good flavour and the bonus is that it is unpasteurized, which means that the good bacteria is still in there. I would like to eat this everyday or even every other day for the health benefits, but alas it is too pricey and I have not seen Kimchi anywhere in the local supermarkets where I live. It probably is value for money, but for me a bit pricey. I will buy again every so often though.

ideal for those who hate kimchi
This product is of high quality. That said, it's a 'westernised' version of kimchi, by the company's own admission, and not likely to satisfy your appetite if you actually like kimchi. There's not enough garlic or chilli and it definitely can't be used as a condiment, in the way that kimchi is used in korean cooking. So: - If you want the health benefits of eating kimchi but don't like the flavour of the original thing, try this for a much toned down version. - If you like kimchi, give this a pass

Excellent Product
Excellent fermented Kimchi; bit spicy, although being my second jar my tastebud tolerance has risen. You can take on its own or as l do, mix with few other healthy foods of a raw nature. I decided to take Kimchi as opposed to acidophilus after a heavy dose of antibiotics. Apparently the science says the former works better in increasing/building your own good bacteria after being wiped out by antibiotics. Even if not the case, fermented foods are wonderful for your gut health in so many proven ways. Big thanks and appreciation to Loving Foods and will keep purchasing!
