This is a very good product & it works

Googled best cold gels for muscles and this cropped up on a review site , got it on offer for about £10 for a big pot so went for x2 of them as it was cheap !Fantastic stuff .The gel is thick and doesn’t stick to the skin initially so be careful otherwise it may fall on the floor when it’s on your hand , but once you start robbing it in it loosens and spreads easily then within a few minutes it’s COLD !!!!! I mean COLD !, last around half an hour or so but the aches have at least halved if not fully gone .I use this for bicep tendonitis and a reoccurring neck / shoulder injury and it definitely helps .It’s also a lot better than deep freeze if you’re used to that , as comparison .

This was recommended by a relative and is exactly what I was expecting, however I was disappointed to see that “Savers” is selling the same item at 50% less

This genuinely works and helps with muscle tightness. It has a thick consistency but spreads and absorbs very quickly. I used it on my neck after the gym and when I go for run. Also lasts a very long time.

Easy to regulate the flow and no wastage

It is disappointing that this item has a short expiry date of only 5 months. As the product is used for intermittent muscle or joint pains it is unlikely this amount of product will be used by August 2025. This is a shame as Biofreeze is so effective for pain relief and this poses wasteful if the product cannot be used after expiry.
