Q: Is this doll washable?

I haven't tried washing this doll, but I can say that the clothes are removable and the doll is very well made of good quality fabrics, so I would imagine that it would be fine if washed on a gentle cycle.

Q: any detachable parts that can be removed!

The cardigan, knickers can be removed & I think hair bands can be removed, but I've not tried to do this. There are tiny sequins for buttons which are sewn on, on the dress. which MIGHT be a hazard to a determined child. But overall a lovely littler doll.

Q: What packaging does this come in?

The dolls are either loss or in a clear plastic wrap. When delivered would either be in a large envelope or a small box. Thank you

Q: What are the eyes made of, it says suitable from birth but they seem hard?

The doll's eyes are hard but are well embedded and seem quite safe. I would not necessarily think it a toy for a very young baby to play alone with and that puts things in their mouth, but this is more because of the hair. However, it would be a nice gift for Mum and baby to use from a few months old. The information I saw said 12+ months.
