Not as strong as expected but still useful
The flavour was 't as strong as I'd expected having tried the banana but nevertheless it is a good store cupboard standby

Wow this stuff is amazing.. A little goes a long way! The flavour is true to taste, with no artificial after taste

The syrup has a slightly bitter taste when not mixed within a product, for a small batch of royal icing I ended up using 1 1/2 tsp. It was very tasty and was a true strawberry flavour and scent. The syrup IS coloured 'red' (creates a pink hue, typical for red dyes) and does stain the skin if making contact (even after washing it off, it stained for 2ish days), if you have any allergies to red dyes you may want to avoid this product.
