I’ve tried a few different fish oil supplements, but I’m really happy with this one. It’s been a game-changer for me. I use these as my acupuncturist told me that i need these, and I found that whenever I combine these and the Taoist soap (also found online), my hair growth is like 10x better, in speed and in thickness. So i am totally having the time of my life as always had thin hair (not bald of course, so if you are bald please don't take this wrongly as I doubt it will do the same affect, but it does help a lot).Also for people wanting a whole body antioxidant, combining with asthaxanthin and zeaxanthin (low dose) helps a lot with these omega oils for general well being.
