Excellent Quality Salt – A Kitchen Staple!
I recently purchased the Diamond Crystal Pure Kosher Salt, and it has quickly become a must-have in my kitchen. The quality is outstanding — the crystals are light, flaky, and easy to pinch, making it perfect for seasoning with precision. It dissolves quickly and evenly, and the taste is clean and pure, without any bitterness. I also love that it's additive-free and ideal for everything from everyday cooking to baking and preserving. This salt really elevates the flavor of my dishes, and a little goes a long way. I highly recommendit to anyone who enjoys cooking with high-quality, reliable ingredients!

Great salt, really good value
Great value - the box is huge! Kosher salt is used in so many recipes online but I've never seen it in the shops in the UK. People suggest using sea salt as an alternative, but now I've got this I can see they are clearly not the same thing.

Adds lovely taste to cooking
Expensive but good quality, no iodine in it and big grains easy to cook with.

It's salt. Just salt. And no, it doesn't have 53% less sodium in it.
I guess it must be tough working in the marketing department for a salt company. I mean, they sell salt. Salt is, at its simplest, sodium chloride and nothing else. So some clever spark says "53% less sodium by volume compared to table salt" This means nothing except that the crystal size is larger, so you get less weight by volume. The same weight of this will contain exactly the same amount of sodium as any other salt. This is what we call sea salt in the UK. It's the same stuff. In America, they call it kosher salt. For some reason (I'm not Jewish) salt from the sea is kosher, and other types are not. But ultimately, this is pure sea salt - nothing added. The packaging is somewhat inconvenient: unlike the uk salt packages with a plastic top that turns to reseal, this comes in a giant box (those large crystals, remember?) with a tear off pourer which cannot be resealed. Ultimately, I expect this to get moisture into it at some point and ruin the salt. I get through a lot, as a home bread baker, but even so, I'll probably decant this into something it will stay dry in.

No additives etc and just pure salt........
We could pretend that it has changed the way we taste our food, well not the way but the actual flavour......Nope not done that. But the whole experience of buying this salt, arrived in the carton that does need to be contained in a sealed bag to avoid moisture building up, is all part of the "salt experience". No additives or anti caking agents, just pop a dried pea or 3 in your salt shaker to help it from not caking into lumps due to moisture, and all is good. Yes., it is flavoursome when added to prepared dishes.......it is salt after all..! Being pure 100% salt I use this also for saline rinses that I have done for years, mixed with bicarbonate of soda. Being pure salt it is very much recommended for that use. You can't use salt that has additives within in for that purpose. Decent enough price, just protect it from extra moisture by placing the carton within a sealed bag. Recommended.

Hands down the best chefs salt!
Been using this product for years, its hands down the best kosher salt in my opinion. I cook every day at home and this lasts me around 6 months. The texture is perfect for picking up in clumps, allowing control and the "feel" to how much salt you're adding - allowing for more ability with cooking.

Salt of the Earth, or at Least My Kitchen
Who knew salt could be so exciting? Diamond Crystal Pure & Natural Kosher Salt has taken my culinary adventures to a whole new level. This 1.36kg pack of salty goodness is a game-changer. I've gotta say, this salt is like the superhero of seasonings. It adds that perfect touch of flavor to my dishes, making them taste like they were cooked by a Michelin-star chef (or at least someone who knows how to operate a stove). But wait, there's more! It's kosher, so it's got that extra dash of heavenly goodness. Not to mention, it's pure and natural, like the yoga-loving, granola-eating hipster of the salt world. Now, let's talk about the size. This 1.36kg pack is like a salt mountain in my kitchen. I could probably season a small country with it (but I promise not to overthrow any governments with my salt powers). In all seriousness, though, this salt is legit. It's high-quality, versatile, and delivers flavor like nobody's business. If you want to add some zing to your cooking and elevate your taste buds to cloud nine, do yourself a favor and grab some Diamond Crystal Pure & Natural Kosher Salt. Your taste buds will thank you, and your food will be tastier than ever before. Bon appétit!
