Graco Milestone All-in-One Car Seat, Group 0+/1/2/3, Aluminium

This IS an excellent product and SUPERB value for money (our first daughter has already had three, possibly four, car seats since birth - easily costing double the cost of this unit in total). The build quality is excellent, it's well-padded and looks like it'll last. We've had this for around a year now and it is still in immaculate condition.My CAUTION for everyone reading is that if you are buying this to use from birth (i.e. rear-facing for the first 6-9+ months) you may wish to check that it'll fit your car. For one: delivered to my workplace and I couldn't fit the box in the boot/rear of car - I had to unbox it at work first. It was a struggle to fit into our, modestly large, BMW 3 series... when I say "struggle" it wouldn't fit behind my driver seat without my knees being squashed into the steering wheel (and I am short!). I had to fit it behind the front-passenger seat with the passenger seat moved forward to accommodate this large unit. Secondly, on rear-facing, the seat isn't the most convenient for belting-in and -out your baby - it is a bit of a "faff" each time, we've had easier rear-facing seats.Beyond rear-facing, I CANNOT fault this unit. It is excellent, my comment above is simply that it isn't as easy as it would seem for the rear-facing mode and I suspect there are numerous unhappy customers who simply can't fit the rear-facing unit into their cars. After turning to front-facing the seat is excellent and incredibly easy for belting/de-belting, adjusting etc. etc.

Brilliant, brilliant, brilliant.As you have gathered we love it. The quality if perfect, very well built and transportable easily between cars without the hassle of trying to refit it with a whole host of belts and straps. The granddaughter has had it since 8 months old and is now 18 months. Seeing her grow in the chair, how comfortable she is and the support it gives her when she sleeps. The covers are easy to take off and clean in the wash, as you would expect, a toddler gets it and her messy.I am particularly impressed with the flexible options afforded as she grows.I honestly cannot recommend this chair to others highly enough! When No.2 comes along, we will buy another Graco Milestone!

Absolutely great seat.bought for my 15month old boy as he was quite tall and wanted to go forward facing.Now 20 months and he loves it. He has absolutely loads of room, fits in it easily and his head doesnt droop forward like in our other car seats previously bought (wasted money!!) due to the nice recline angle of the seat.Seat come with arm rests which he likes. The juice holder is extremely handy and he quickly learned to use himself.Savign £100 purley because the colour of the seat has (champagne) bits is an absolute bargain. I too was looking at getting the all black colour that was £200, but I honestly didnt car less about the colour once I saw it and it was in the car.If anything, I woudl say it would be great to have isofix on it. But that still doesnt take away any stars, as its fine just belted in.

Bought 3 of these total now. They are comfortable seats (so my 5 year old tells me). They are very sturdily built. They do suffer from not being easy to install though so expect them to live in your car for the full duration of use or you will get frustrated. Another issue is my 1 year old easily removes the shoulder restraints. I know this is a problem with a majority of child seats so the star lost is more for the ease of use problem not the restraint issue but it is worth a consideration.

I bought this car seat to replace a silver cross carry car seat as my daughter had grown too big for it. Me and my partner have been transferring this between hers and my cars for the past few weeks almost daily (Fiat Punto and Audi A4), which we originally found to be quite a mess about and time consuming when using a rear facing set up. I'd say it takes approximately 5-6 minutes to get it out of one car and into the other.HOWEVER. Since reading the manual, we've found that Graco reccomend that our daughter now weighs enough to face forwards (she's 10 months) when driving, and in this set up its literally a case of putting the car seat in, pulling the seat belt across, and putting the seatbelt in a clip. A total of around 2 minutes.Our daughter is much happier in this car seat, it's much less restricting and higher up so she can look out the window in both our cars and doesn't fuss/cry when being put in it. It even comes with a little cup holder that clips off and on!In summary, I wouldnt reccomend this car seat for a new born if the car seat is being transferred between two cars, but should be fine if it's staying in one. Apart from that it's great, week built, sturdy and will probably last until our daughter doesn't need a car seat any more.

The Graco car seat was a present for my son and daughter-in-law for their daughter.The seat arrived in very good time in secure packaging. It was straightforward to determine that it could now be used forward facing (based on age and weight of the child). It is fitted securely in the car using one of the rear three point seat belts and the seat's own 5 point harness.The seat is designed to be used until the child's 11th birthday (dependent upon size).It is easy to adjust the straps, settings and headrest to ensure that the child is secure within the vehicle.I would recommend the seat without reservation. It is well constructed, comes with an instruction booklet plus access to online support. Our granddaughter is very precious to us and this seat ensures that she travels safely within the car at all times.
