Great Value, Works Fast
Easy to apply, highly effective, and very affordable. Ants were drawn to the gel quickly, and within a few days the problem was resolved. Found it highly effective against pharaoh ants.

GUARANTEED TO WIPE OUT EVEN HUGE COLONIES!
Tinkering in my garden the other day tidying a huge bed that accommodates my 12 foot tall beautiful banana trees and was horrified to discover an absolutely colossal black ants nest! This thing was like 4 meters long and a meter and a half wide. They were also branching out and creating little pilot nests on some of my treasured Bonsai plant pots!! I couldn't see all the entrances so I topped up the entire area with compost 8 inches deep to force them to tunnel out and reveal themselves. Within 30 minutes I literally saw thousands upon thousands of ants pouring out of various sections in the bed, maybe 9 locations in total. And that showed me where to put the gel. And even a splurge right up on the trunk of one banana tree close to where a new bunch of bananas was beginning to flower that the ants were all over. They absolutely devoured the stuff covering it so densely all you could see was a black writhing masses. Within about an hour they had consumed TWO entire tubes of this gel and I assume carried a ton of it home deep into the nest to feed their chief Empress egg layer. I started the whole process around 7:00 p.m. in the evening, and by the time I went out 6:00 a.m the next morning there was not a single ant in sight. Two tubes had wiped out this entire huge colony in one evening. The stuff is pretty expensive but if you're serious about getting rid of ants in your garden this will obliterate them.

Effective but could be faster
Combat ant baits work well at reducing ant activity both indoors and outdoors. Within a couple of days, I noticed fewer ants around the kitchen and patio. It does take some patience for the bait to spread through the colony, so it’s not an instant fix, but the results are solid once it kicks in. Packaging is easy to use, and placement is simple. Overall, a reliable solution for long-term ant control.

Incredible stuff!
We have suffered from ants invading the kitchen and living room, plus other downstairs rooms for years, from multiple nests. We’ve tried traps, with limited success and sprays which kill many quickly and helps create a barrier for a while, but they only have limited success. I expected similar from this, but I became aware of this after reading a test from multiple solutions and this was at the very top. I applied this near 2 nests and the ants couldn’t get enough of the gel. They spent hours consuming the lot, even the next morning there were perhaps a hundred or so just consuming this gel, even while a lot of ants were dead nearby. The next afternoon after application, there were 1 or 2 ants about, but since then we have seen none. 3 or so days without seeing even 1 ant later and I feel confident enough to claim it to be a revelation and I feel confident that this is all we’ll ever need should there be a recurrence of ants again as long as it’s available to buy.

The BEST product for getting rid of ants!
We had a huge ant problem. Every Spring, they’d come out in droves and get into many rooms of our house, including the kitchen, bedrooms and upstairs bathroom. We’d tried ant traps in the past but none worked. I found this product on Amazon and decided to give it a try after reading the rave reviews. Put it this way: this is the best ant killer I’ve ever used! I had to use 1 and a half tubes, with multiple splodges in areas I’d seen the ants get in. Within minutes, the ants came out to eat and brought all their friends! Three or four days after first using the product, there are no more ants in the house. There are still some lingering outside, so will keep using the gel until I see no more. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who has yearly issues with ants, as this is a great, quick fix that you can see working.

Useless Ants won’t touch it
Total disappointment. The ants wouldn’t eat this at all. The syringe is badly designed press it and the whole load shoots out at once, wasting the product. What does stick to the wall dries out in under an hour, so there’s no bait left for the ants to find later. Didn’t control anything. Money wasted

i had a problem with ants in my bedroom and tried bait traps that didnt quite work (scavenger ants were too small to climb it) so i went to this, and this worked very well. I applied it directly in the area where they walk around and then left it be, i did put way too much but that depends on how many ants you see. it practically killed every ant within 3 days as they ate the bait and took it back to the colony. It was definitely worth the money and will continue using this when the warmer months come around again

Works very well, and lower price per quantity than others

I buy most of my products buy the product description and the review's. The product descriptions does not discriminate between what ants it will kill and what ant it won't. The review's mention Pharaoh ants several times that's is why I purchased it. On opening the packaging in small print it says excludes Pharaoh ants. Totally useless to me now and I bought two packets.

I’d tried a bunch of other ant killers with little success, but this Combat Ant Killing Gel actually did the job. I followed the instructions, put small dots along cracks and crevices where I saw trails, and within a day I noticed fewer ants. By day 3–4, they were basically gone, and the problem hasn’t returned. Pros: Works quickly when used as directed—visible results in a day or two Eliminates the colony, not just the ants you see Easy, precise application with the syringe—great for cracks and tight spots High-water gel attracts strong feeding, so ants take it back to the nest Minimal mess compared to granules or sprays Cons: You need to resist wiping it up immediately—let the ants feed and carry it off Not a set-and-forget for large areas; you may need multiple placements Keep out of reach of kids and pets (it’s a pesticide) Bottom line: If you apply it where ants travel and give it a couple of days to work, this gel is extremely effective. It’s the first product that truly cleared my infestation.

I usually do not leave reviews, but this product so far is very impressive. We had household black ants no matter what we did and they were even biting me periodically throughout the day. The ants were making our lives miserable. We went through several trash bags a day because we had to throw the trash out immediately after throwing something in it and one little crumb on the ground for my four-year-old would result in a massive trail frenzy. No matter what we did they were relentless!!! I would spray them with household cleaners, but that didn’t seem to do anything as they would be back within minutes. Are used bleach which in the past would work because it seems that they wouldn’t want to come back to the same spot, but these ants eventually powered right through the bleach and marched on. They were in my kitchen, bathroom and living room not to mention several massive trails outside leading to underneath the property. The ants were coming out of our electrical socket plates were they weren’t sealed properly and any hole and crack in the house possible. After caulking for two months we decided to try this method using the gel. I put a drop near their trail and they swarm to it like wolves and minutes later masses are eating it. So far they have cleaned up every drop I have put out, but sometimes the second application they leave a little behind which needs to be cleaned up. Outside in the back they were swarming the trashcan there must’ve been hundreds of thousands and I put several large drops in the trashcan then they disappeared within one day they were gone. They aren’t completely eradicated, but greatly reduced and it appears you need to do an application wherever you see a trail over the course of a week to get rid of them. After five days the only ants that I really see or stragglers that we’re probably inside before I sealed up their entrances after applying the bait and letting them swarm it for a couple hours until that’s all gobbled up. After five days the only aunts that I really see are stragglers that were probably inside before I sealed up their entrances after applying the bait and letting them swarm it for a couple hours until that’s all gobbled up. I feel like we are almost back to normal and I give this product a five star because it appears to have nearly eradicated our house ants. I read several reviews and I know this did not work for ghost ants and others said that the ants were not attracted to it and they just walked right by it. The ants outside at first did not go to the beach either so I mixed a little bit of honey with the poison gel and put it right in their path and they went after it like savage beasts. I will edit this review if they come back in full force, but for now they appear to be 98% eradicated from inside my house at the moment. Update: The ants still manage to come in even after using the product, but I placed a few drops and they swarm it like savage animals and they disappear from that location for a while. I still haven’t had any in the kitchen were it was the biggest problem and they are no longer in the living room, but they are continuing to show up in my two bathrooms. I have applied a couple more applications and will update this review once I have some sort of results. The point of this product is to get the poison to the nest to where it supposed to kill the queen. So far I’m going to assume the queen is not dead because they keep coming from somewhere.
