Very good quality knive. The wasabi line of kai is perfect for home/hobby cookers. It stays sharp for a decent amount of time, and easy to sharpen when it's needed. This one it good for preparing the ingredients, or for pealing. The handle is comfortable, and easy to clean.

I have used this knew to cut bread, patisserie, very sharp, neat and smooth. I am considering now buying the whole set. I highly recommend this knife, you wont regret it.

I absolutely love this knife. It is well balanced, lightweight, stays really sharp (I do periodically sharpen it) and I would not be without it. In fact I have bought other knives in the range which are all excellent.

Uno de los mejores cuchillos que he tenido la oportunidad de tener y poder usar con mis manos en este mundo gastronomico,no lo recomiendo para uso rudo(zanahorias,pepinos,jicamas piñas etc) es un cuchillo mas para cortes finos y decoraciones por su ligereza y fineza el unico pero que le pongo es que el vendedor tardo mucho en mandarme la orden de compra,pero una vez q la tenia llego sin demora el producto

It's very sharp, it's more than enough for bread knife. Even if you have more expensive chef knifes in your kitchen it should be enough. And with price point, easier in mind to think about bluntness.

En cuanto a la calidad me parece muy bien, viene con un filo muy bueno y se siente bien. En cuanto al uso, queda bien en la mano, creo que esta bien de peso, en lo personal me gustan mas pesados En cuanto al precio es muy muy bueno.
