Loved this product. Used only for this type of cheese it gives the beautiful flower shapes required. Sturdy metalwork and a lovely wooden board. Gorgeous purchase.

This was a present and it was excellent quality, I would recommend getting a dome with it, that will be my next purchase!

I was initially delighted with this product, which, although quite expensive compared to other, similar products, looked to be a good quality item, and worked well. Imagine my disappointment, then, when after just a couple of weeks, the wooden base began to warp. The warping got worse and worse, to the point where, after just 5 weeks the base resembles some sort of giant mutant Pringle! It is now so distorted that it can't be held level on a worktop and the cheese won't lay flat on top of it. Absolute rubbish.
