These are a great price on subscribe and save. They are a little bit bigger than other multivitamins which may be something to consider if your teen isnt great at taking tablets. There are 2 a day too, one multivit and 1 omega-3 capsule. My turn takes them just fine though and says that he feels better when taking them regularly.

They are value for money when you buy from Amazon as they can be more expensive elsewhere.
