LOVE this! It’s very similar in texture to Shin n Jam braiding gel - super easy to work with, high quality ingredients, fantastic smell and incredible hold!!! I use this to braid my boyfriend’s 4c hair, as well as geling down my baby hair, and believe me; it’s super effective at holding the hair in place!

This is a great product that works well. It promotes healthy edges and does not flake or make hair hard/stiff but holds edges well.

Purchased for grandaughter. Her words, it help to hold her hair in the style she wants and it smell ver nice.

This is a great edge control that keeps your edges low but it leaves a white cast after a while.

First let me say that my hair is a mixture of Guyanese (which is like Asian hair) and Jamaican. It is quite soft, thick, not at all coarse, curly when wet but straightens easily. I bought the edge control because I didn't want to straighten the front every day after it got wet in the shower. I wasn't sure if it would be like a gel or a pomade: it's like a pomade but not as oily. I only used it once because I accidentally knocked it out of my window in my sleep. I never got to experiment with the right amount I'd need to use and whatnot so all I can describe is the one time I used it: It held my hair down wonderfully while I was exercising (so didn't sweat out and melt over my face)and as it wasn't a gel it didn't flake or dry out. I may have used too much because I found it looked a bit shiny and heavy but (as this was the only time I tried it) I just as equally may have used the right amount: I didn't get a chance to experiment and see if I could use less. All in all it was a great product that did what I wanted it to: it held down the hair at the front of my head.

This product is perfect. Did not leave a white cast on my hair definitely valued for money

Keeps my hair slicked down when I need it to be. Sticky on the hands but not when it dries down on the hair somehow. I have 3b/c low porosity hair.
