I bought this to upgrade my Master iCart Go 3 trolley.There is a permanent fitting already present on the handle of my trolley into which this fitting screws. It may also fit other trollies but in any event there is a universal fitting supplied which can be bolted onto the handle of most trollies. Drilling will be required.It's intended that the holder is unscrewed from the permanent fixed fitting on the handle of the trolley and stored elsewhere when you don't need it. There is a clip under the handle of my trolley for this purpose.The cup for the umbrella's handle is big enough to accommodate most handles some more snuggly than others. There is a thumbscrew at the side of the cup to fix the handle of the umbrella and hold it steady.All things considered I think it works just fine and completes the trolley. However, I do feel it is a swizz to put a fitting on the trolley to accept the holder, and another clip underneath to store it when not in use, and then not actually supply the holder!It's also a little expensive for what it is.

So, when I first bought this, I thought it was great, it looked the part, fitted the trolley great and seemed to be great. That was unfortunately until we had 1 bad spot of weather that involved rain and wind. For the first few holes, it seemed to hold up ok, but then soon after, it started to lose the control and was spinning. I had to hold my brolly while in the holder to keep it upright. Since then I've found that this is a problem whenever there is wind over a light breeze, so I've started to take the brolly out of the holder when it's too windy and just hold it.If you have lots of rain, but no wind, this will be perfect for you. However, if you play somewhere, when there is a lot of wind, as well as rain, you might want to look for something a bit better.

Good quality umbrella holder. Screws perfectly to bracket on my golf trolley (there is a mounting bracket included with holder if you don't already have one on your trolley). The holder is well made and sturdy, will definitely hold up to more windy rain days. I can definitely recommend this item

Well worth the money.I did order the cheaper version for my Masters iCart by mistake, so I can compare. The more expensive version seems stronger and is definitely better made. For instance, the swiveling holder has more teeth and works very well compared to the cheaper version. The clamp screws directly into the cart whilst the other uses two plastic bars to sandwich the handle which you tight with butterfly nuts. The more expensive holder has a strong adapter for other carts. You get what you pay for!

Unbelievably this fitted onto my trolley without any hassle whatsoever as i already had the clamp attachment fitted on, so i now have a spare clamp in the event of breakage which i am not anticipating. Haven't tried it out as yet properly but tested my unfurled golfing umbrella indoors, and seemingly works a treat. Can't quite give it a five star as yet to test in wet and windy conditions as led to believe there may be an issue when seeing other reviews. Will revert back later on this point. Overall v. happy with purchase and would recommend this simple but effective accessory for your trolley, whilst not wishing for rain of course!
