For the past few years I've experienced weakness in my hands and wrists. I bought this set in the hope it would help strengthen my grip to help deal with everyday tasks, such as opening bottles and jars, which has become difficult. This set seems great, but the grip exerciser is too big for my hands. I've been using the ring instead, but it hurts the palms of my hands...although I'm hoping this will eventually stop. I think it would all work quite well at improving strength, but is maybe better for people with larger hands. I will add though that my hands are very small, as an example, if I were to use medium size nitrile gloves, they fall off if I flap my hands a little...so if you're ok with that size I imagine your hands would be a better size for this.

Hand Grip Strengthener Forearm Grip Workout Kit, I purchased this set a while back now, and am pleased that I did, I suffer from arthritis in both hands and was using the the loop spring hand grip which was doing my hands no good, but this new set gives you the option to change which part of the set to use, ie the finger stretchers come with 3 different strengths I use these when I am walking, or on a bus or train, the hand grip which you can loosen or tighten to suit your squeeze strength I use this and I alternate hands with the squeeze ring when when I am indoors watching television.since I have been using the set I still have arthritis but now get less pain in my hands and that is a big plus for me.I would recommend this set even if you don't have arthritis.

The reason I bought this hand grip product over any other is that it came with 3 different finger strengthening bands, and I couldn't find any other product that supplied 3. The value for money is excellent and I am constantly using all 4 tools while at my desk and at home. My left hand is far weaker than my right, so I Am applying more reps and stronger resistance to my left side to improve it. I can feel a difference already after 3 days of use! The benefits of using the Hercules Grip are fantastic, as it improves strength, bloodflow aswell as dexterity and it's fun to use too. I Love playing golf, which is one of the reasons I was looking for a product like this in order to improve my grip. For all golfing addicts out there I HIGHLY recommend the Hercules Grip. Will be buying a couple more for friends and family soon :)

We got these primarily for my wife who has arthritis, she is still getting used to them. I have also tried them I particularly the hand grip as it is adjustable resistance. Its early days but I think they will make a difference.

A good variety of strengtheners and good value for money. I like that one can be adjusted easily for those with a stronger or weaker grip. I bought these because my hand was weak after breaking my wrist. Too early yet to say how it will work. A Pity there were no instructions with the pack

I have been using this product for the on a daily basis for the past few days and I am happy with the result.My fingers are not as stiff as they used to be so I really do not have any complaints.I cannot rate the durability as yet due the fact I've only had the product less than a week. Overall I am impressed with the item and it does what it says.I will continue using this product for the next week and I will give an updated review.

Absolutely Love this product.About 4 years ago I had surgery on my hand due to my tendons being sliced with a knife while on a night out and about a year ago I really started to notice that my grip in my right hand wasn't like it used to be. After the surgery I had a very strange sensation of pins and needles in my hand for probably more than 2 years. After it went I could clearly feel weakness in my grip. I do an awful lot of climbing, rock climbing, lead/bouldering and I do calisthenics. So for the last 2 years I've really just been ignoring a constant issue of not being able to 'Feel' my right hand grip.I've been using these for only a couple of days and already I have had a noticeable increase in wrist and grip strength. Very happy, very pleased 👌🏼

This neat set has everything you need to exercise and strengthen fingers, hand, wrist and forearm. Only the grip is adjustable and very easy to do. The others have preset tensions/loading. Each of the elements works on a different aspect of strengthening - variations on compression, extension, separate fingers, combinations, sustained or reps - and you are in total control of how much of a workout you want to apply. There's no instruction leaflet or guide, but the supplier does send an email pointing to videos embedded within Amazon. Unfortunately the link does not follow through, so it may be best to go directly to their site (http://herculesgrip.com/videos/) where there's a very good HD video demonstration for each piece of equipment. So far, I'm very pleased with the product and the quality appears really good. The colour may not be to everyone's taste, but at least you're less likely to lose one of the pieces!
