I’ve been taking them for about 2-3 weeks now, and they most definitely work but you are required to stay very hydrated. I drink about 2-3 liters of water a day and haven’t experienced any negative effects such as constipation, or loose stool.I will say however, sometimes when forgetting to take the pills 30 mins in advance i take them right before i eat, this does cause me to experience a few cramps and bloat a little bit, but goes away in due time.

These work. I don’t write too many reviews but I know it helps if you’re struggling with your weight to get an honest review about what works (very little) and what doesn’t. I’ve used these a few times. They really work and after trying numerous varieties at a much higher cost I’ve now got these on subscribe and save. I’ve actually mixed them in a glass of water to see if it becomes gel like and it does. For me they work best with a hot drink like coffee (I’ve convinced myself they need warm fluid to melt the capsules) followed by water or juice, and I often have something like an apple or a banana and then have the tablets and plenty to drink. They have a bit of an accumulative effect; they definitely reduce the evening and night time snack monster making an appearance! I highly recommend these.

The capsules don't really smell/taste of anything. You can take 6 a day but i built my dose up from 3 a day as i didn't want side effects. They do work, i feel fuller and Im eating less. I read that they are the natural version of weight loss injections which i haven't had. I think they are a good price and were delivered within 2 days. Although they look big , they're very easy to swallow.

I’ve been taking since I got them, but my stomach just growls, it makes me soooo hungry it’s unreal. I can’t satisfy that hungry feeling. I can normally go until lunch with no food and no rumbles but after taking these none stop hunger. Thought I would empty contents in a glass of water to see the results and it didn’t do anything. Granuals just sat on the water left it for a good hour still didn’t thicken up. Not sure I would buy again sorry

Read the description carefully. 3g per serving. 90 capsules. Each capsule is 0.5g so that is 6 for a serving. A pack effective lasts a week.

Have been taking this for 6 months. It has helped me stick to the diet and losing weight. I have been taking it 3 times a day, between 1h and 15 minutes before each meal, with a full glass of water.If you aren't very used to fibre, it can make you a little bloated the first couple of days you take it whilst the body adjusts. It's barely noticeable though.It really makes a noticeable difference to appetite. This is the only weight loss product I have tried which actually worked for me, that's why I decided to review it.
