Great value chia seeds
Bought these to use for refrigerated porridge (try it, if you haven't already!), and they work well in those recipes. I haven't used the seeds for anything else, but to me they seem good quality.I personally haven't noticed any particular benefits of including chia seeds in my diet, but they work well to 'gel' the fridge porridge. The delivery was also prompt, and the packaging of the seeds is great as it's resealable and also very sturdy (it takes me a while to use up 500g of chia seeds!).

Excellent health benefits - taste nice in smoothies
The media could not be loaded. I love chia seeds - they are so good for digestion, excellent source of fiber, and taste is really nice. I used to buy black chia seeds - tried white ones for the first time and they are just as good. Chia seeds taste great in smoothies and in my morning porridge. I sometimes make a pudding with fruit smoothie and chia seeds - these are very popular now between health fanatics like myself. I simply mix chia seeds, coconut milk, and agave syrup together in a small bowl. Then let it set in a fridge overnight and in the morning it's really thick and yummy to eat with berries or fruit.
