Q: I am planning to buy this bag bug will I be able to fit a 17" laptop, two or three academic books and other documents in it? How much can it hold?

I do not think you will easily get a 17 inch laptop in this case. I measured mine and the absolute widest is around 16 inches. It will easily hold a "normal" size laptop - ie from around 12 - 15 inches wide, plus books and other things. I carry my laptop, keyboard, papers, lunch box and sometimes a half litre capacity flask. But I do see that other users have got 17 inch laptops into their cases!
