Used this when my daughter started nursery, she really struggled when it came to settling in. I started giving her a few in the morning and it really helped. Sticking it in her water helped as well. She needed something to help with her attachment to us. I’ve been told that it helps reduce illnesses she picks up, because she tends to be more susceptible to things if she isn’t settled due to attachment, but we never found that With her. She came home with illnesses pretty much every other her day

If you've ever had one of those nasty things (a blockage of tear ducts which results in nasty lumps on your eyelid), and struggled to get rid of it, this is really worth a try. I really think it helped with mine, when nothing else did
