Broke one of the straps.
I broke one of the straps the first day. It won’t retract anymore. I contacted the vendor and they sent me a video on how to fix it. I’m going to give it a try when I have time.Edit: I contacted support and they sent me new ones. Great customer service. Love the straps

Only had them for a short time used a couple of times had no issues.
Used a couple of times with no issues. Just need to familiar yourself with the operation that the strap tightness spindle is a different spindle than the excess strap spindle.

Amazing Customer Service!!!
I ordered these straps in August 2023 but only used one on my kayaks. It is now June 2024 and when I took out the second one I realized it had a defect so I was able to email Strapino and tell them about this discovery 10 months later. I received a prompt reply and with 2 pictures and description they are replacing itl No hassles. In addition, i love these straps because they are easy to use. Thank you.

Terrible quality
Ordered the 4 pack.One arrived bent and had a cracked plastic housing that holds the spring and ever since the first use it never retracted. Another broke the plastic drum and the strap fell out and no longer retracts.
