how is the suppier for this suplement?

Has been fine so far. I obviously have no idea if the product is 100% legit/authentic unless I send this to a lab for testing (!!) but delivery has been prompt.

amazon have shown this bottle with two different labels in the pictures above, please confirm which labelled bottle are you supplying.

I suspect that the different labels may relate to a newer label design. Personally, I would say that the version on the bottle is more recent stock, though of course, this is speculation on my part. I've been asked to take 1000mg vitamin d. what does the 2200 iu 55pg mean?

Not a straightforward answer but, a ug is 1 millionth of a gram. (iu = international units)1000mg is a gram --- so someone has told you to take a serious amount of Vit a min D in this form.If medically advised to take this, I would ask them what form of Vitamin D you should be taking.

What is the difference between 4000 iu and 2200 iu on vitamin d3?
