MTHFR QUADFECTA.
This product along with P5P, Methyl B-12 and TMG (Betaine Anhydrous). Have been my 4 combined sources of supplements to counter all the symptoms of my MTHFR. I’ve been on my journey for almost exactly 10 years. I only took 3 of the ingredients for years and had great success with the physical issues of MTHFR. But it wasn’t until the last year and a half, I started reading about the mental side or psychological side of MTHFR. I have suffered with anxiety and depression and paranoia my entire life (57 years). And was/am being treated for these two issues medically with 2 different pills. I was reading that MTHFR causes anxiety and depression and paranoia issues as well as all the other symptoms. I read that daily doses of TMG or Betaine Anhydrous is the final supplement needed to fully combat MTHFR on all fronts. I want everyone who suffers with MTHFR to try adding TMG or Betaine Anhydrous to their regimen and feel the results I have! I want to tell and help anybody about my success. Betaine Anhydrous comes in pills and bulk powder. Buying the bulk powder is a great economical way to buy it. I mix mine in with my morning drink. I believe it’s tasteless and odorless. You could make your own capsules, too. Or just buy the ready made capsules. Just make sure you get a quality product without a bunch of nonsense in it. The bulk powder I buy is 100% pure Betaine Anhydrous by Bulk Supplements, right here on Amazon. I hope with all my heart that one person reads this testimonial and tries my recommendation and get the mental relief they so richly deserve. If you do and have success like I have, please help spread the word!

Good stuff.
I am giving this 5 stars because it is actually the right kind of Folate. I did a lot of research before deciding on a brand. While I have not had blood work done right before or after this to know it it is working, I am happy taking it and hoping it is doing great things for me. Due to a past history of multiple miscarriages and 2 hemorrhages I thought maybe this would help end that. The doctor has not retested my folate level since October 2015 which was 3 months before the last miscarriage that ended in hemorrhage. I will be getting a checkup here in a few months and will be asking to have my folate tested at that time to will know if it is bringing my levels up. I will do an update at that time.Update.I have now consistently taken this since April of 2016, and it is now August of 2021. Leading up to end of 2017, I had had multiple miscarriages, two hemorrhages, and had lost a total of seven babies. I found out that I have MTHFR gene mutation, which doesn't allow my body to absorb folic acid which is the fake form of methylfolate. So, years and years of taking prenatal vitamins, we're doing absolutely nothing for my body, and every time I would get pregnant, my body wasn't supplying adequate folate to the baby. Besides the heartbreak of losing multiple pregnancies, was the impact on my body, and mind. And I went through a period of depression. Not sure if I wanted to keep trying, or just give up. After getting the diagnosis of MTHFR gene mutation, and the fact that there might be something I could do about it, I decided to try again. I now have two more children and have had no more miscarriages. This stuff is a life changer. And I will be a lifelong user, also recommended it to everyone in my family, and my mother and sister take it.

Made the Switch to Methyl Folate from Ordinary Folic Acid. Methyl Folate Is Far Superior
One of the first things I want to know about a supplement is what it's appearance is and how big it is. Then I want to see the list of ingredients on the backside. And they almost never include either of these important items most everybody wants to know in advance. So that's the first thing I've done. You can see everything in the four photos below. Fortunately, it is a capsule that is smaller than a common 500 mg acetaminophen tablet – just barely over half an inch long.I have great difficulty swallowing large tablets after major neck surgery that resulted in my neck being stretched a full inch to accommodate my jumbled up mess of cervical vertebras after a bad car wreck that was no accident. Now I’ve lost a lot of space at the back of my mouth as it enters my throat and has 5 of my 8 vertebras screwed to a metal plate with ten metal screws. So I care very much how big these supplements are – no fun having one stuck in your throat for half an hour. Life isn’t enjoyable with 24X7 extreme neck pain and headaches as well – all because somebody was driving the wrong way at high speed and hit me broadside with a modified 1960s giant steel car – drove off and never saw him again, too.Back to Methyl Folate, which is also commonly known as Folic Acid or Vitamin B9. However, this formulation is no ordinary Folic Acid as I hope you’ve already read the promotional material above. I have taken Folic Acid (Now switched to Methyl Folate), Vitamin B6 and Vitamin B12 in combination for over 25 years to help keep my arteries clean of plaque. I had reason to worry because I was born on a cattle ranch in Central Texas, and beef was served almost every day of my life until I left college. And even then, for the next 15 years, my father had his best calf butchered every year and frozen for my trip back home to North Dallas. I ate so much beef I should be dead by now. My cholesterol and triglycerides were just awful for decades. Yet I still I ate beef, but I don’t eat it so much anymore after my parents passed away and I moved out of Texas for 27 years. Currently, my cholesterol is at the low end of normal in spite of a full glass of Blue Bell Ice Cream every night and I still eat beef – just not as much.I thought I was having a heart attack at Thanksgiving and so did the cardiologists in the emergency room. But no, it turned out to be gallstones. However, the cardiologist still insisted I receive a cardiac catheterization to be certain. I was 72 years old at the time. My cardiologist was simply astonished. He said the arteries in my heart were amazingly clean – not just for my age, but most any age. That was actually my second cardiac catheterization with the same clean results five years earlier.I attribute that to the well known folic acid (now Methyl Folate), Vitamin B6 and B12 combination. There’s a particular ration you need to follow. It can even slowly improve blood vessels from what I’ve read. Actually, the data that led to the development of Lipitor was based on manipulated data. The doctor purposely left out data from some countries that didn’t match his theory. The real issue is the size of the LDL cholesterol floating around in your blood. And the doctors never test for it. Surprisingly, the big LDL blobs just bounce off of crevices in the walls of your blood vessels. But the small LDL sticks in those cracks or wall defects and begin to build up forming that deadly plaque.I’m not sure what role folic acid, B6 (but not too much of it or it’s toxic) and B12 play, but it does help. So I will continue to take it indefinitely hopefully keeping the walls of my veins and arteries clean for the rest of my life, however long that may be. Proper blood flow is essential to maintaining good health. And not just heart disease – cancer prevention, too. Search using this term on Google:Three of the B Vitamins: Folate, Vitamin B6, and Vitamin B12(However, use Jarrow Formulas Methyl Folate 5-MTHF instead of ordinary folic acid.)
